No. It's a working session — we find your biggest leak, put a number on it, and map the fix, and you keep all of it. If working together makes sense, I'll tell you. If not, I'll tell you that too.
Nothing formal. Just know roughly what you did in revenue, bring one recent quote, and think about what you say when someone tells you you're "too high."
