I have spent my career doing one thing: building the intellectual infrastructure that allows highly competent, introverted service operators to command premium prices without ever feeling pushy or manipulative.

How I Got Here

I know exactly what it takes to run a successful service business because I do it every day. As the owner of a landscaping company, I built a functional operation based on superior technical skill and quality work.

But early on, I hit an operational ceiling. I would spend hours walking a property, diagnosing structural issues, and writing a comprehensive proposal, only to lose the bid to a guy running his crew out of a rusty van.

Why? Because on paper, we looked exactly the same.

My marketing was chaotic, which forced me into a position where I had to personally "pitch" my value on every single call. As an introvert, I absolutely despised it. I was bleeding money because my lack of clear messaging forced me to compete as a commodity.

What I Discovered

I realized that I didn't need to "hustle harder" or learn to love self-promotion.

Introverted operators do not have a sales problem. They have a messaging problem.

I currently own and operate Local Home Service Team LLC, a landscaping company. My coaching and consulting firm, Olsen Strategic Advisors, is a completely separate entity born out of the necessity to solve the exact messaging problems I faced in the trenches.

I leverage advanced AI systems and strategic frameworks to build out these architectures rapidly and effectively for my clients.
